Fitness Classes!

As we continue to get back to normal, I am happy to say that Rhonda Holland and Lisa Disbrow are bringing back their popular workout classes next week!  Rhonda will be leading BodyPump Monday and Wednesday evenings from 6-7pm in the MAC while Lisa will be leading HABIT (Hips, Abs, Butt, Inner Thighs) on Mondays from 5:20-5:50pm, and ABC'S (Arms, Back, Chest, and Shoulders) on Thursdays from 5:45-6:15pm.  Both will be followed by a 45 minute stretch & balance class in the high school library (6-6:45pm on Mondays and 6:30-7:15pm on Thursdays).  

BODYPUMP is the original barbell workout designed to get you lean, toned and fit. The combination of scientifically-backed moves, light to moderate weights, high repetitions, motivating instructors and great music helps you achieve much more than you would on your own.  StartSmart option for beginners staying the first four songs (about 20-25 minutes) or full class 10 songs (60 minutes).

HABIT will target the lower body while ABC'S will target the upper body, with the stretch & balance class being similar to yoga, focusing on your flexibility.  Individuals can attend both classes each day, or just choose one if they wish!

Each class will be $5 per day, or you can purchase a punch card for $30 giving you 10 total visits.  For those participating in HABIT or ABC'S, you are welcome to stay for stretch & balance for no additional cost that day.  

Check-in for both classes will be held at the high school fitness center, where the employee working will get you where you need to go!
