We will have our annual All Sports Meeting for any student/athlete wishing to participate in any sport during the 2021-2022 school year. This meeting is intended for participants and parents of all fall, winter, and spring sports. (meeting agenda)
Prior to starting a season, athletes must have an updated physical, signed athletic form, and $30 athletic fee paid. Our all-in-one form can be located outside the high school office or on our website (link to form). Physicals are good for two years, so generally, every freshman and junior needs to have a physical prior to the start of the season.
The meeting will be held in the high school gym on Wednesday, August 4 at 6:30 pm. Big East passes will be on sale and can be purchased with a separate check beginning at 6:00. All revenue from the sales of Big East Conference passes in our district will stay within the CGB school district. The athletic passes will be sold as per the Big East Conference prices: Family Pass - $175 (includes all children high school age and younger), Single Adult Pass - $80, Student Pass - $30, Senior Pass (age 62 or older) - $30.
Fall Sports Athletic Fees ($30 per activity) and 2021-22 school registration fees may be paid with a check. Fall Sports Athletic Fees can also be paid online through Infinite Campus by clicking the Optional Fees button and adding the fall sport fee to your cart. (Winter and Spring sports fees will be collected in winter and spring.)
Those participating in a fall sport will have their individual parent meeting immediately following, unless parent meetings have already been held.
