CG-B Summer Swim Lessons Swimming Lessons

The Cedar Grove-Belgium Rec Department will once again sponsor Summer Swim Lessons! 
Registration will begin on Thursday, April 25th, with an in-person opportunity from 6:30 to 7:30 pm in the Middle School Commons.  * If you aren't able to make the 25th, you may either send the forms in or drop off at the High School Office.

Senior Wellness Opportunities!

The Cedar Grove-Belgium Rec Department has partnered with Aurora Medical Center in Grafton to bring a once-a-month program for Seniors in our community, focused on health and wellness.  The program will be the second Wednesday of each month, beginning on May 8th, from 10:30 to 11:30 am.  

The sessions will be held in the Community Room of the Cedar Grove Library, and we want to thank them for hosting these events!  More information about the first four sessions is found below!

Please plan to join us on the second Wednesday of each month, for coffee and great information from our friends at Aurora.

NEW 5K ENROLLMENT FOR 2019-2020 SCHOOL YEAR New 5K Enrollment

Children in the Cedar Grove-Belgium School District who will be five years old on or before September 1, 2019 are eligible for 5-Year-Old Kindergarten for the 2019-2020 school year.  If your child is NOT currently attending 4-Year-Old Kindergarten at CGBSD but you plan to enroll him/her in 5K for the 2019-2020 school year, please contact the elementary school office at 920-668-8518 so your child’s name can be added to the 5K list for next school year.  If your child is currently attending 4K at CGBSD, there is no need to call the office.  Information regarding registration will be published on the district’s web page at a later date.


Pool to be Closed for Cleaning/Maintenance Pool Closed for Maintenance

With a busy summer ahead in the pool, we will be closing for approximately 1 month (please follow the Gym & Swim page below for updates).  After next Wednesday's AM Swim (April 10th) the pool will be closed for cleaning and maintenance, and will reopen when that work is complete.

High School Co-op Work Experience Inspire Sheboygan County

The co-op program through INSPIRE Sheboygan County is open to all students enrolled in a Sheboygan County school ages 16-18 who are looking to explore a variety of career fields including manufacturing, automotive, healthcare, hospitality and small business entrepreneurship. The co-op experience is a minimum of 75 hours within an academic quarter. Students apply and interview for positions they are interested in and are paid an hourly wage based on industry standards. They also receive ½ credit upon successful completion of the co-op. The co-op is pass/fail. Students must also be enrolled in a related course at their high school while participating in the Co-op experience.

4-Year-Old Kindergarten Registration 

Do you or someone you know have a child who is eligible for 4-year-old kindergarten next school year?  Please keep in mind that 4K registration for NEXT school year began on FEBRUARY 1, 2019!  Registration will run all month. Our staff hopes this earlier window will provide accurate information about our incoming 4K class and allow our staff time to plan and prepare for these newest members of our school!  A child is eligible for 4-year-old kindergarten if he or she was born ON or BEFORE September 1, 2015.

If your child is eligible for 4-year-old kindergarten for the 2019-2020 school year, information will be sent to you soon.  If you haven’t received any information by February 8th, please contact Shelly Abler at 920-668-8518 ext 304.
