The CGB-PTSO is having a fundraiser. They are selling Candy Cane Grams for $1.00 each from 12/04 through 12/15 and will be delivered to classrooms on December 18th. Please see the flyer for more information.
As temperatures are falling outside, this is a reminder to our students that you need to wait until 7:25 a.m. before entering the building. There is no supervision in the building prior to that time. Please be sure to dress for the weather if you arrive to school earlier than 7:25 a.m. Thank you!
Our middle school students who participated in the UWM Middle Level Honors Band November 17th-19th in Milwaukee were: Ethan Beardsley, Caleb Ledbeter, Mason Neils, Martha Ruona, Ayden Susen. This event is an opportunity for middle school musicians to come together and work with nationally recognized band directors. The students also attended performances by UWM ensembles. Students are nominated by their band directors and selected by UWM. These students attended rehearsals Friday night, all day Saturday, and Sunday morning as well as performing a concert on Sunday afternoon. Thank you to their Band Director, Mrs. MacRae, for all she does developing young musicians, as well as preparing our students for this special event. Way to go CGBMS!
