High School ALL Sports Meeting

High School ALL Sports Meeting - July 31, 2019 - 6:00pm - HS Gym

HighALL Sports Meeting School ALL Sports meeting on Wednesday, July 31, 2019 at 6:00 p.m. in the HS Gym for parents and any athlete participating in a 2019-2020 sport.  Topics covered will include Athletic Code, Athletic Fees, Athletic Participation Form, and Athletic Leadership Team.  Click here, and you will be brought to the forms you may need.  Individual Fall Sport Meetings for parents and athletes will be conducted with the head coaches immediately following the ALL Sports Meeting.  Athletic fees for FALL sports may be paid at the meeting.  

Big East Conference Passes may also be purchased with a separate check at the meeting. All revenue from the sales of BIG EAST Conference passes in our district will stay within the Cedar Grove-Belgium School District. The athletic passes will be sold as per the BIG EAST Conference prices. - Family Pass - $175 (includes all children high school age and younger) - Single Adult Pass - $80 - Student Pass - $30 - Senior Pass - $30.

19-20 MS Registration Information Registration

MS OFFICE SUMMER INFO:  The middle school office is closed and will resume office hours Monday,  August 19, 2019. We will re-open with summer business hours of 9:00 am to 3:00 pm until the start of school on September 3, 2019.

Registration materials are available on our school website.  Click here, and you will be brought to documents you may need.  Please return the completed registration form including "Parent in the Military" section, include payment, and the Home Language Survey.  We will also have a limited amount of hard copies of registration forms available outside the middle school office.  Supply lists for grades 5-8 are included in this email, are available on our school website, in the stand outside the middle school office, and are also available in local stores.

A short notice will be sent out to you mid-to-late August via Infinite Campus to confirm your child's homeroom placement.

2019-20 HS Registration Information

HS RegistrationRegistration materials are available on our school website.  Please read the HS Registration Instructions first and follow the directions. Click here, and you will be brought to the forms you may need.  Print, complete, and return only the forms which may apply to your child.  We will also have a limited amount of hard copies available outside the high school office.  Fees can be paid online, mailed in, or dropped off at the high school office.  Thank you.

4-Year-Old Kindergarten Registration 

Do you or someone you know have a child who is eligible for 4-year-old kindergarten next school year?  Please keep in mind that 4K registration for NEXT school year began on FEBRUARY 1, 2019!  Registration will run all month. Our staff hopes this earlier window will provide accurate information about our incoming 4K class and allow our staff time to plan and prepare for these newest members of our school!  A child is eligible for 4-year-old kindergarten if he or she was born ON or BEFORE September 1, 2015.

If your child is eligible for 4-year-old kindergarten for the 2019-2020 school year, information will be sent to you soon.  If you haven’t received any information by February 8th, please contact Shelly Abler at 920-668-8518 ext 304.
