The elementary school was the recent recipient of the Meemic For Our Schools grant. The elementary school was nominated for this award for their work in helping students achieve through a PIE (Prevention, Intervention, and Enrichment) model of academic support. With the school's winning nomination, elementary principal Mr. Jeff Kondrakieweicz will have access to $500 to use online at Office Depot for school supplies.

The co-op program through INSPIRE Sheboygan County is open to all students enrolled in a Sheboygan County school ages 16-18 who are looking to explore a variety of career fields including manufacturing, automotive, healthcare, hospitality and small business entrepreneurship. The co-op experience is a minimum of 75 hours within an academic quarter. Students apply and interview for positions they are interested in and are paid an hourly wage based on industry standards. They also receive ½ credit upon successful completion of the co-op. The co-op is pass/fail. Students must also be enrolled in a related course at their high school while participating in the Co-op experience.
